• In-Store Fitting: Visit any of our 4 store locations in San Antonio and Dallas for a professional fitting with our expert staff.
• Size Guide: Refer to our detailed size chart with waist and hip measurements for each size.
• Customer Support: Contact us before purchasing if you have any sizing questions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shapersus.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Online Orders

All online orders are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed. Please ensure you have selected the correct size and product before completing your purchase.

In-Store Purchases

All in-store purchases are final sale. Our staff will assist you in trying on and selecting the right product and size during your visit.
