Processing and Delivery
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 3 business days of your order. Please allow 3–10 business days for delivery.
We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes and recommend planning ahead. For holiday orders, please place your order at least one week in advance to help ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Real-time rates from USPS are provided so you can see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at all four of our locations. Select “In-Store Pickup” during checkout and choose your preferred store:
- South Park Mall — 2310 SW Military Dr, San Antonio, TX 78224
- Ingram Park Mall — 6301 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78238
- North Star Mall — 7400 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216
- Grand Prairie Premium Outlets — 2950 W Interstate 20, Grand Prairie, TX 75052
Signature Required
Residential deliveries typically do not require a signature. If one becomes necessary and no one is available, the carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice. After three attempts to deliver, the package will be returned to the store.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking information. For tracking inquiries, you can call (210) 816-4290 between 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, or email contact@shapersus.com.
